Call them and tell them you have lost both bits, then they will send you a replacement free of charge!

Dont ask why.

i lost paperwork and the wanted to charge me, but the daft cow said to me, we can only give them out free if you have lost both bits.

SO i called back a few hours later. Winner!

I have no idea how, but i've got 3 driving licence's. Two with the same address and one with an old address.... Never paid for a replacement though. ( I don't think).

I recall putting a thread up on here a few years ago saying i've lost one, and then changed address, so just sent me a new one. Then found the other...

I must of payed for another one, as they're the same address. One is the old style driving licence too.
