just got some avi pro 94% whey protein(no flavour) mixed 30g with 300ml of water and i nearly threw up.do they all taste as bad.tried with some orange juice and was alot better.what do you have with yours?

water. i have non flavoured whey and it tastes like very very weak cheese. not too bad

phd, reflex and boditronics all taste fantastic
i mix mine 50/50 ish milk/water

im thinking about trying
1 scoop of whey protein
1 weetabix
1 banana
300ml of milk
all blended up
i have weetabix anyway on a morning so not like im adding loads of callories

never tried the flavourless stuff. i just have strawberry. goes pretty good with water.

I have body fortress strwaberry flavour.
Mix it with water after a workout but milk when i wake up/go to bed.
Not done any training in a while though due to college

i mix with water or milk
with milk it tastes great. water is quite runny and doesn't taste as good but it's bearable.
thats myprotein.co.uk impact whey, chocolate smooth flavour.

I enjoy drinking it with milk, but it's a right chore with water. Just tastes really off.

milk is slower absorbing so its good before bed as it will work through the night
water is the opposite
