over the next three weeks i will be takin the bumpers and arches off etc and will be treatin it all and undersealin it

just want to kno wot products i will need and wot stages to apply each product, and for rust areas the best thing to do and use?

spray it everywhere make sure you mask the body for any overspray

you just doing it on the drive?

my mate just sticks it on the ramps and sprays the underside of the car a good few times. Not sure what he uses tbh

I used halfors stuff Its think black and comes in a black can, just clean underside of of dirt etc, sand down and reat rust and paint stuff over it

any rust treated areas that are bare metal spray with a bit of etch primer for added protection before painting underseal.

go and get a tin of Waxoyl undearseal from halfords. You brush it on. It will treat the entire underside and has rust inhibitors in it. Nasty, messy stuff...but it works a treat and does the job real well!

I remember doing my Corsa, we used bag sealer which is the rubbery stone chip. It looked like I had leprosy for months because it just doesn't come off!

i found black stonechip in a can to be better than waxoyl, it also gives it a factory finish

na...comes off. Tried that on my front crossmember. ended up using my waxoyl in the end.

Stonechip will only come off if you didn't prep it properly.
