i've been in a sauna and couldn't handle the humidity

roacutine didn't effect me mentally i don't think, just physically (dry face/hand skin and lips), although i do tend to hae some ''off days'' where my temper is really bad.

It was mainly the dry skin and stuff and it affected him when he was at the gym etc dizzyness light headed etc

My other mate was on it and became suicidal, reckon he was pretty close to just driving into the central reservation for the sake of it.....

Tetracyline Hydrochloride is quite a good drug for acne, I sometimes have to use it to counter act the steroids which can give me bad break outs.

No side effects from that, but it's effectiveness varies.

I tend to follow a trend like check shirts and cardi's etc but never wore skinny jeans.

used to go but lost my Grandad to skin cancer last year (not from sunny B's) so i justv cant justify them now, OJC makes a good point bout base tan before holiday - i did it b4 i went Mexico, helped alot

i use them, going on holiday in may and want to get a decent colour before i go so that i dont spend 2 weeks burning.
Plus having a bit of colour in the skin is nice!
