on this tutoral it says at the end that he sets the camber, how can this be done with out getting adjustable top mounts?

Adjustable camber bolts. They replace the horizontal bolts that connect the hub carrier to the strut.

Where the hub carrier connects to the strut (on certain coilovers), the top holes are elongated, this allow the camber to be set by adjusting the angle of the hub carrier. Pain in the arse tbh
