Again, mates gettin his suspension sorted, but he's worried about the exhaust system now. He's only got a 2" bore i think, will a 2" bore be ok for a 2.0litre coversion. I've tried to talk him into a 2 1/4 or 2.5" but he's not having any of it 
Opinions?

2ltr 16v come with 2" bore as standard so a 2" will be standard size. probably a bit more powerfull as it'll have smaller mufflers.

I dont think he's got a centre section either ? Its either a magnex or serbring 6x4 he's got on it, i've not really looked.
So it would run ok.

yep 2 and quarter inch i think.... the turbo have 2.5 inch...had a customised full zorst on my old 8v.. sounded sweet...

For power, 2" is more than fine with a 2.0 conversion. 2.25" or 2.5" is recommended for a Turbo though.
If he's got a standard centre section it ain't gonna be 2". Also bear in mind the pipe running into a back box will be more restrictive than in a full system.
