i wouldnt even bother, but the more than likely answer would be no. Standard headunits rarely have preouts. You could connect it using high level inputs if u wanted to, but then its the case of the remote lead for the amp. Best buy an aftermarket one mate.

I've done it.....
have a high input speaker to RAC Converted from Autoleads, which works well and a wicked stealth look.......
