proble a a daft question but i hav got a pair ov piper fast road cams for my c16xe r they safe 2 put straight in.just abit confused coz people hav sed differant fings ie needing 2 rebild the bottom end.o and duz enybody know if midpointgarage in cheshire is a good place 2 go 2 hav work dun

1: Write something legible.
2: The bottom end should be fine on 'fast road' cams, but it really depends on the valve lift.

Find out the exact details on the came - Cam Profile : lift/duration etc

256deg duration, 9.45mm lift on In/Ex and fine with the standard hydraulic lifters
