I have owned the car for 2 and a half years. It has been very well looked after and as I am a mechanic.
Only reason for sale is the completion of a project car and I can't afford two insurance polices; If I could I would.
Maintainence:
Cambelt + kit done at 92,000 miles along with water pump and aux belt
Head gasket and new cambelt at 115,000
Recent rear wheel bearings
Near side front drive shaft and gearbox oil change
Recent rear shocker
New exhaust back box
New windscreen
Lots of service history a lot done by myself. The car was recently serviced but I will service it again for the new buyer before it goes.
This car has never missed a beat, all maintenace was done promptly. Someone will be getting themself a very reliable car for a very good price.
Bad bits
Rip in drivers bolster (see pic)
Sometimes idles a tad high on first start on a cold day but has never been a problem.
Rear bumper could benefit from a bit of paint
That's it for the bad bits, nothing major but I'm just trying to be as honest as possible.
The car has a while left on its mot but I'll put on a full years test on for the full asking price.
