because corsa b sports have an electoric speedo pick up, so how do you make it work with the redtop and f20 box?

are the f20's mechanical pick up i thought

its just ive never heard anyone say any thing about them thats all,and i do wanna know what speed am doing lol

You need a transducer + plug

Get the pickup and transducer from an earlier 16v B with an electronic speedo.

i already looked there 1st smart arse

does this mean i dnt need to change anything then because mine is electronic puck up aswell?

buy a transducer from a mk2 astra gte, get the plug as well if you can, cut the corsa plug off and solder the astra plug on, 3 wires, screw the tranducer on and plug it in

Get a set of cable driven clocks and a speedo cable job done

simple and commonly found in scrap yards compared to a transducer from an astra digi dash.

christ cant remember the last time i seen one of them in a scrappy.

You dont need to set it up just screw the cable into the gearbox and shove it into the clocks theres even already a hole for the cable in the bulkhead with a bung in

I had this problem and just went to the scrappies and got a set of clocks and a speedo cable.Job done.Was a right cunt tho with the engine in place and no hole for the cable.

Or you could hunt the scrappies for the 3 wire plug and buy the transducer from LMF.Think its about 23quid.
Dave_B had a write up with part numbers in his project thread iirc.
