And not getting help back when needed, Is it just me who hates it?

I always help my mates/Family out when they need something. But when it comes to me needing something they never have 10 minutes spare

I know the feeling, I only ever hear from my brother when he wants something and I cant think of a selfless instance where he has done something for me.

Thats the exact reason I didnt go out tonight

Was going to get a lift with one mate and share cab home with another but they both pulled out and I thought bollocks to nearly £30 on taxis.

£13 for 3 miles is a bit steep, that's about a fiver.

Still, 30 quid both ways between a couple of people isn't much, I wouldn't be cancelling my night because of it.

You need new mates then. I will happily help my mates/brother out as I know they will do the same in return.

Im a bit pissed off with my best mates BF atm. Ive given him plenty of lifts home etc, which is quite a way out of my way. Then last night he was picking my mate up and wouldnt give me a lift.....when he was driving past my house to get to hers :@ left me with a nightbus ride and 30min walk.

One of the reasons I give up doing any favours for people.

All well and good giving your time up, Lending out things that usually come back broke or with peices missing, Then as soon as you need them or something off them they are nowhere to be seen. Or you usually get the "Well, Im busy" or "I'm going to be using that".

Best one I had was "You can't borrow it, Its gone missing" then when you go around to them its sitting there in the exact same spot as where you seen it last time!
