i have checked the fuses and repaced the relay and its still the same...

and all the bulbs are fine aswell

This is most likely to be an earthing problem, if the relay has been changed. Are the bulbs loose fitting, do they wobble about a bit?
To test the earth, take a piece of wire strip a couple of mm at both ends, insert one piece inside and at the same time as you replace the bulb. Do not allow the wire to be in contact with the bottom of the bulb, just down the side. Earth the wire elsewhere and try the indicators again. If they work then fine, create a new earth point. If not you will need to check that you are getting power to the holder itself. For this you need a voltmetre of some description.

bulbs are fine just stop working on there own, they flash when i lock my car and unlock tho with the alarm :S
