Just wondering what you would suggest as an ok surround sound. Has to have :
As close to £200 as poss
Optical Input ( PS3 )
Two tallboys
Any suggestions would be most helpful

From pixmania for just over £200.
I wanted/needed samsung as I can use the tv remote to control the DVD player, and vice versa, so made it a bit easier.
It's a great system, unfortunately the remote broke after a month and i've not returned it yet (because I can use the tv remote as above) The system itself works fine though.
Watched Transformers 2 on the ps3 through it the other day and it was amazing

So the PS3 is inputted into the surround sound, but is it just skart that goes from dvd to TV ?

PS3 via optical into the surround sound, and I think it's got scart for DVD to TV, but I use HDMI anyway.
It upscales to 1080i on the HDMI.
I use the PS3 for Blu-ray and would probably use the DVD player for DVD's.

Yup, does HDMI, that's what I use for dvd playing from it
