£40k? £50k? £60k? Could you imagine spending that much money on a car
50k+ easily as the S5 costs over 45k

S5 fully loaded comes in at £55k odd. The Audi TTRS comes in about the same. I priced one up recently
I love the S5, i really like them. Big pimp cars, without the "in your face" look. You know its in your mirrors, and I really like the shape.
I think the RS5 starts around £55k + options. Got a 3.0 SC engine I think.
I really really like them No-where near as common as a 3 series either.

well the S5 convertible has the 3.0 SC and they are waiting until next year to phase out the V8 one in the S5 coupe
Basically they do not want to piss buyers of the S5 off by replacing the engine so quickly hence why the S5 convertible had the 3.0 SC from the start

TTRS or GTR?????
In fact, £55k can buy you a lot of decent cars with similar or more power and performance.

They are stupidly priced. But if someone wants it that wont stop them. Plenty of people with that kind of money around unfortunately.

I don't like the A5 range
Just can't get excited by it.
I'd much rather have the RS4 and save my monies.
