chain pipe cutter are about £25
good for 8 cuts = 4 CAT's

Well think about any car
£205 per ton (weights a ton)
£7 x 4 alloy wheels (if you remove the tyres)
£55 for the CAT
£5 Battery
Total £293 IN SCRAP for any old car........

my dads mate pays 100 pound a car regardless of condition, get the mugs ringign up saying its shagged and rip his arm of for the 100 quid and he doubles his money instantly can do up to 4 a day some weeks

were getting £180 a ton up here just now, i scrapped a fiesta the other day but only got £160 as i never took the wheels of it. £60 for a cat as well, good to see the money in scrap going up again!

I need to get rid of a bare shell of my civic type r. If someone comes to collect it am I likely to see any money or just cover the collection costs?

people in your area would pick it up for free and get about 30-40 quid for it..wed come and get it if u was closer

Plus any petrol/diesel left in it. Dad drains them and keeps it in barrels. He hasn't bought petrol for a long time

Good luck trying to find one on my corsa and if they can get it on my van, they're welcome to it. I looked into decatting it buts its in too much of a ballache place to justify the hassle!
