i dont no how to adjust them coz the adjuster just keeps goin round doesnt stop at a minimum or a maximum and doesnt seem to be doin anythin still feels exctly the same
anyone know how to adjust them?

probably fucked if they keep spinning. take them off and adjust them and see if it makes any difference.

yer they were off wen i was adjustin them, not spinnin just as you turn it to adjust it it doesnt stop, just keeps goin round but in the middle of the ajuster theres another sort of ajustment and it takes a flat head scrfew driver, is that the adjuster?

It might be that the plastic bit round the edge isn't gripping the metal. Try using a screwdriver on the metal in the middle like you said.

these are the adjuster the rear shocks on this page, just dont kno wen you kno wen there at there softest and wen there at there hardest???

It will stop turning eventually. I think it has something like 24 points on the adjuster, all the way anti-clockwise is softest, clockwise is hardest.

ahh i had a brain wave yesterday about holdin the outside with mole grips and seein if i could turn the middle bit, thats not how it works then? lol
