He lives in Denver now (used to be the drummer in my band).

He has a good sense of humour so without knowing him it might be hard to get.

This is serious though, i'm not joking that it happened. Anyway, i'll cut and paste what he put on facebook:

This is the USA though, they turn up with SWAT, not the poxy poor excuse for law enforcement we have in this country. He would have spoke to someone in India and have had to wait 2 days for someone to attend.

Also, had it been this country, he probably would be charged with assault, have a criminal record and treated like a criminal himself

The USA has the highest rate of jailmates in the world for sure, I didnt say their justice system was any better than ours though

tbh, USA Police are on the ball (most of the time, bar redneck counties), and you would not mess with them.

Ditto! go to france/spain/itally etc. the national police walk around in a shirt and trousers, no stupid stab vests, high vis jackets etc. the only difference is they carry glocks and are trained to use them so people dont fuck with them.

The reason cops in the uk don't have guns all the time is because it would encourage crims to carry them too.
