What is it with dealers always telling people their brakes need replacing and then upping the price to a ridiculous level.

Disgusting.

Maybe

TBF i dont think the car warrents needing brakes that cost £800 to replace disks/pads.

FFS

Those discs and pads are expensive and that is what he should expect to have to pay. In all honesty for pads as well that's a decent price.

Are they the same as the 888 disks as the calipers are Alcon not AP?

Also is that not just 1 peice of a 2 peice set, the original disks are 1 peice. i know they can be replaced with a 2 peice setup but it requires buying both peices in the first instance.

I saw that, it was my attempt at dry wit.
