The coolant hose elbow with three connections on it at the back of the head beside the ICV has split on my C20XE. It's a right wank to get at, it looks as if it's been fitted with the head off. Just putting this up to see if anyone's had any experience changing these and if they've got any tips since I'm planning on doing it this weekend.

Heat the old one up a bit to make it more flexable, and put a bit of vaseline around the new hose when you go to fit it.

quickest way i found was to remove the alternator, ive got a roose one to go on mines asap
