I know that from at least Barrow to Kirkby Stephen you're going to be going up some big hills! Is this an off road or a road route?
If its off road you are going to have some serious hills to go over in the lakes.
You go through where I live according to that

well im back! thats the hardest thing ive ever done! in the end i did 162miles over three days. it was just hill after hill after hill! one of them was a 5mile climb to the top of tan hill which has the highest pub in the UK there.
matt - we did some off road bit but alot was on road.
my next mission is the C2C in one day!

I did the south downs over two days but thats a bit shorter. Dont know if you saw my thread
