Surely it depends on what you count as "active" as it could be people who have logged in within 1 month or 1 year.

It's about 3.5k active last time I looked. That was based on logins in a 60 day period.

So just over 10%.

Duplicate accounts are fairly low as I remove/combine where I can and deny new ones if they're clearly someone returning who can't get back in.

I did program something to email people to invite them back but Tim told me off because it removes accounts if the mail bounces and the number was going down
