i Have sheered off all 3 bolts in the gearboxand ripped CV boot, how much does this roughyl cost to fix??? would apreciate it if anyone has any idea

depends if you can get bolts out of box then if threads are ok. C v boot is only a few quid take shaft out to fit.

Well my mate is drilling them out at the moment, and was going to try make a new thread?!

if you can tap them next size and got enough metal grand if not helicoil or time sert and job is a good one.

Hopefully I will get some luck with this motor! Only had it a week or two and had endless problems! part of owning a 15yr old car though i suppose!

fixed it all the engine mounts etc, now foudn the Gear bow is smashed to bits and i snapped a driveshaft ... LONG!
