Show up and as soon as you see the defendant say.. "Oh I think I know that guy/girl".. And voila! off the case

Yeah muder cases are terrible mine dragged on for three weeks.

Some poor lass had been on a certain case for 9 weeks!!

Tbh I think 2 weeks is ok as you don't have to be in till 10 most days and I was lucky mine was at the Old Bailey so had a couple of nights out up London once I got to know a couple of the people on my Jury

If you are in full time employment then what implications are there?

I am assuming that the employer has to let you attend by law, however in this instance what about your salary etc?

Normally the courts pay your wage, travel expenses etc but if your not actually on a salary then not 100% on that one.
