No. It's the top (upper) part of the manifold.
It's a 2 hour job.

I got a dbilas on my GSi..
Thought it was pretty good like, feels more responsive and pulls harder than before though the rev range. Hit the limiter in 5th so cant be bad.
Seen a almost standard Gsi run 137 bhp and the rollers with the dbilas on it.
I'm sure it only had a back box....
I've yet to have mine Rolling roaded.

i have a mantzel on my C16xe.
i dunno how much of a gain it made cos it was on the engine when i bought it.
al i can say is the car pulls like feck up to 70-80MPH.....
i was told by the the chap i bought the engine off that the GSI the engine was in kept up with a astra gte up 70MPH....
probably bullsh1t but i can vouch that the car is fast....
edited to say ... old thread

yes matey, the ICV needs cleaning i think but apart from that she's all set up. alot quicker than my old engine.
its still on 14" at the moment but im going to have to swap wheels coz the wheels just spin so easy in 1st gear.
got s/s manifold an maybe a cam kit planned for comming months so ill then get r/r and see what it puts out
hows the LET going? you got an LSD on it?
