Do what i done, i was about to buy a corsa vxr for 12k untill i found few issues with them. I went on ebay and put in a set amount and checked what else i could afford for that amount. Lets just say im happy i didnt buy a corsa

I think it's his mates Gareth

Regardless of amount of work put in, seems overpriced I'm afraid.

If he's been offered that sort of money for it already, sell it would be my advice!

It looks clean and tidy for the age and from what I remember talking to you about when you came down to mine before, it's had a lot of work put into it as well, but it's still an old car so not worth £5k+

yeh i can understand that only difference i see is that its one of the cleanest out there so for a collector or something with an interest in GSI might be good.

He was offered 5k a few times but back then he didnt want to sell it as he had just done the work etc but has been offered a BMW 325CI for good money and would prefer that now as its something a little newer and that. but opinions are always welcome

No a GSI collector would want an original car,not one in a un-standard colour and with an engine conversion imo

its a good base for a project. Wheels, tints, lights and mesh make it look a bit ned-ish tho.

No harm in advertising it for a high price, if it sells your laughing all the way to the bank. However i think you will be lucky to sell it at that cost imo
