as above ive changed the clocks so isnt that the fan still kicks in when hot but the gauge doesnt move if anyone can help that would be great

just one by one check all the fuses im sure theres a pick on the fuse box cover that shows the fan

checked that i think is it located the gear box side of the engine next to the rocker cover ???? if so ive cleaned it with wet and dry paper and its a tight fit 2

That is the one, if its when you have changed the clocks, clocks are most likly fubar.
