the right offset is ET39 so will fit what size are the wheels?

i think my correct ofset is actually et49
The wheels are 16inch and 7.5j wide

yes sorry tiped that roung i was trying to say was the perfect offset is et49
and yes thay shud fit may need spacers tho! only over thing to do is try one on car

I thought with et30 it would mean that the wheels would stick out 19mm more than normal ?

as they are 16" & 7.5j i think you'll struggle to get them to fit if i'm honest.
I personally havent tried that size but i am running et.33 15" x 7j wide with 185/45 profile tyres the front fit fine but i have had to run a slight camber at the rear to stop any scrubbing
