as above seen some but how much they cost and what do they actually do?

Its a glorified Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

They normally cost around £100 new

They richen up your fuelling throughout the rev band in a an effort to try to increase power/responsivneness by dumping more fuel through at points where it may be lower flowing

unless you actually need to adjust your fuel pressure i wouldnt waste money. If you do need to adjust it the weber one from a 2wheel drive cosworth is a far better job.
