Its not a minor parking offence! Zig zags are very much dangerous to be parked over, hence the zig zag.

If you can get anything in writing to say you were permitted to park there, could be in with a shout!

They aren't really taking the piss, you aren't allowed to park on zig zags under any circumstances.

If you had special permission that's something you would have to take up with the council, to a cop driving by it's an easy ticket though, one they'll give every time.

And one i agree with, people parking on zig zag lines really wind me up!

If you can get it in writing, that you had permission to park there for the alloted time, you will have a case

I recieved a letter for 3 points and £60 fine for driving through a red traffic light.
Anyway, i didn't pay the fine then 2 -3 months later i recieved a court summons regarding the fine. Pleaded guilty by post then didn't have to pay the fine but still got the 3 points?

Hold out on paying, possibly avoid the fine

You have 14 days to write to the address on the back **To Challange**

First Question..

Does your van has a logo?

If not: DONT challange
if so: What works were you doing that your van HAD to be there.

If you feel that your van HAD to be there then you have a case WON if not then you £60 out of pocket and insurance says MORE MONEY PLEASE

let us know as the old man is a traffic warden
