As above, there seems to be loads of MOT type questions posted at the moment and some amusing (for me anyway) replys to some questions..

Anyway, i thought this would be useful for people who have questions about whats a failure / testable item on the MOT - Its the testing manual for MOT testers, all the reasons for rejection are there - plus the 'loop holes'
