as title my engine management light is on , also the eps lights on, could any1 tell me where to start? its rough at idle, drops to about 500 revs, cheers

People will want to know what engine it is and if you have done a paper clip test?

same with mine Jonny.N x10xe when it starts up it stays at 1000 revs then once its warm it drops down a mate of mine said its a automatic choke or something like that my eml light is on too will have too look into this and try the paper clip test

you cant do a paperclip test on the 1.0 12v it will need plugging into a diagnostics machine.
1st one does your speedo work? possibly a vss problem if you have ecu and epas lights on.
2cnd one idle control valve or egr need looking at most likely.

hi i think the speedo works, (just got it last night) the rev counter works, and started it bout a hour ago and there was no engine managment light on or epas, but it runs rough

Probably be Airflow meter, always is on a 1.0 lol

i had this promblem , it was my egr valve but there was also a lot of crap in the throttle body

think its the headgasket theres oil or grease type of thing sitting ontop of the water in the header tank,
