Yeh i basically fit some wheel bearings to my 98 corsa b. 3dr. Knocked old races out put new ones in fine, got new bearings in fine, now at the time i didn't have a torque wrench so just did it by hand. I tightened the nut up and popped the split pin in. Now it was never right since then but lately it's got worse and every time i go over any bump it makes a noise like my wheels going to fall off.. So i thought oh well i must not of tightened it enough, sure i enough i nipped it up abit more.. Now it makes like a vibrating sound and still like the wheels about to drop off.
Have i over-tightened them? Not tightened enough?
It's really frustrating me, but i just don't have the time to take it to a garage...
