I'm getting my wheels refurbed at the mo as they are all scratched round the rims cos the tyres on atthe mo are 195's and the don't overhang the rim of the wheel. So i was wondering if i put 205's on they might give some protection to my rims..

Thanx,

u reckon? There only 15's and lowered 40mm. Will the handeling improve more or less cos u don't see any wheel and tyre packages with 205's on 15's.

Ride will be worse but handling and traction would be better. You will get scrubbage on heavy cornering and heavy acceleration depending on your power!

Wot if i stick 205's just on the back and leave 195's on the front? Will that work cos then the steering won't b effected?
