I have Toyota Avensis that is going to be scrapped and has about 40 quids worth of petrol in it, I needed to know what was the quickest way to get rid of the petrol?

scrapyards usually just lift the car and stab the tank to let it out...could just do the same?

Garages usually remove the fuel line and hook the pump up to live and literally pump it out don't they?

if its getting scrapped, twat a hole in the bottom of the tank with a hammer and chislel

our local scrap yard does it this way, but with a pick axe
