If it wasn't agreed then it's your stuff, not his.

The money that he has taken needs refunding as he doesn't have the parts to sell.

Do you know who has bought the manifold? Wouldn't mind knowing which users this concerns if you can u2u me that.

Update, there is an agreement in place under which the parts should be returned to dionrla?

Could do with seeing what was agreed when the shell was sold.

Or if it was agreed, the guy who bought the shell should stick by the agreement. Problem is, it's not worth a carrot in legal terms.

Depends how moral they are feeling. The parts were sold in good faith because at the time the advert was made, the parts were available. Just that the shell was disposed of in the mean time.
