Can anyone recommend a decent pipe bender, a cutter and flarer.

Need to do diamter 4.75mm or 3/16" standard green coated steel brake pipe, needs to bend up to 180 degrees, nice tight bend preferable.

Also anything which will cut said pipe, and same for flare

cheap as poss
