well each to their own, but um i think its a bit callous if you could happily drown a cat in a bathtub tbh.
infact yeah thats completely awful thinking about it, how could you kill something by holding its head under water while is suffers and cries for its life till it drowns ?

tbf you would only do that before they open their eyes
if you saw an injured animal at the side of the road is it not better to hit it on the head and put it out its misery than leave it suffer though?

slightly different, its a kitten which he owns and has grown attached to, which isnt dying at the side of the road and has a high chance of living a good fulfilling life and bringing him a lot of pleasure for years for the sake of £400 which probably equates to 4 or 5 nights out on the town for most people.
seeing an animal on the side of the road with its guts hanging out which is obviously dying is completly different, and tbh the only way i would end its suffering would be if i was 100% convinced it had no chance, any other time i would take it to the vets.

glad he is ok and your are happy on the other hand
still mad though
overall it's gonna cost more than that, but money comes & money goes. Best money we've ever spent, much better than buying a car or an expensive tv. A cat is a loving companion...even if they do stinky shits all the time

I'm glad you say that. There are a lot of people out there that would happily hurt a cat just because they prefer dogs or whatnot. Personally, I love cats & dogs but at the minute I have cats. I think the most I've ever hurt an animal would be something like killing spiders and most the time I save their lives if I can and release them outside.

you're probably emotionally attached to another animal you own, or even a family member.
Would you joke about drowning them and letting them die for the sake of £400?
If human beings were ill and had to have an operation costing £400, I know most relatives and people who care would find a way to get the money, and when they say they only have a very small chance to live, most people would try anyway, that's how I felt about my cat...and it paid off.
So, give your cat a chance people. They have 9 lives after all!

i recommend not buying a load of toys because most become little shite bags in the cat world.
use your hand and get it to attack it. i do this all the time and now it will randomly just come up to me and start attacking my feet and hands. when im outside it always wants chased and then when i run away it chases after me, then when i stop it jumps up and tries to claw my arms.
it almost caught a seagull a few weeks ago. the neighbour threw out bread and there was a large gang of seagulls flying down to eat it. needless to say harry was in the longer grass waiting for his next victim. he caught it but it got away.

never been so happy to see a cat have a poo! He's just poo-ed so I think he will be okay.
Just thought it would be nice to update you all throughout and not just leave you wondering.

if i was going to spend £400 on a pussy it would need to be in a high class massage parlour in the West End with Coke being sniffed off it.

This is our girl when she was about 7 weeks. She's just over a year now and a bloody clever cat. A pain in the arse at times but she's really funny.
