Very annoying, got a bunch of them eating bones off a flat roofed office.

I've lost my gun, so I can't shoot them, plus you then have to dispose of their body, which is minging.

Whats the best way? I've heard a hosepipe in a knot scares them as they don't like snakes?

Help me please corsasport...

Baking powder emulsion, soak a piece of bread in it; put it on the flat roof - boom and the gulls are gone

Maybe if you get a gun with a bit more kick about it, like an AK47. Or you could put some food on someones car you hate?

Get some sticky double sided tape and let the get stuck to it. They'll be stuck but they won't make any noise.

I don't believe the Baking Powder/Bicarb trick

I spent numerous lunchtimes with my apprentice colleagues at college trying this and never had any go pop

Yup, the best way of doing it although it can make a bit of a mess....

Edit - Forgot to say they tend not to go boom, but have uncontrollable shits. But they don't seem to come back. Calcium carbide is another option which will result in the bird going boom due to the amount of acetylene gas that it produces when reacting with water.
