Stupid question and been asked to many times before. i know

but just thinking shall i chance it and sell it as it is modified?
(modifications are: powerflow cat back very quiet, irmscher skirts, badgless grill, lowered 80mm on coilovers at the front and custom 80mm springs at the rear with uprated shocks, depo headlights, smoked repeaters, black cesaro alloys in v good

or put it back to standard as its a more door and the standard will appeal to a bigger market?
+ i can sell the bits i take off.

Its only a T-Reg 1.2 16v with under 60k on the clocks.

I think know what im going to do just after some other opinions

Could be a pain changing the exhaust back to standard, sounds like a nice car and could sell ok with those mods on it, but if you could be bothered you would maybe make more money putting it back to standard if you have standard wheels and exhaust etc.

If it was me id probably just sell it as it is

Putting it back to standard will always get you more cash, I would imagine a standard 5 door will sell a lot easier.

yea i'd definitely put it back to standard and just give it a real good clean up and it would sell easily. post 97 1.2 16v with under 60k would get snapped up instantly. plus you can then sell your aftermarket bits separately and make a bit of extra cash on top
