Im wanting to use 40mm lowering springs on standard shocks but heard the standard shocks will get fucked, on my last car I bought 60mm springs and shocks but will it make much difference? thanks

Should be fine on standard shocks,but they will wear out that bit quicker.

It won't do the handling many favours but for a cheap fix for looks, it wont hurt.
