Well this is all fun and games.
Yesterday they decide to give me a blood transfusion, 2 units. For what reason I'm not sure.
On top of this I've been overloaded with water on a drip so yesterday I feel like I'm going to explode I can't get comfy as I need to lay flat otherwise I get wind that's ok if you dont have a 12cm scar going through your stomach. So burping is horrendous I'm filled to the brim with water but can't burp it out and as a result wretching as if to be sick and avoiding splitting my scar. Great, and there I was drinking more water thinking that's a good idea and the nurses checking that I was drinking.
Then this evening i got discharged which was a relief but um still pissing for England and wanting to burp but can't.

Did you ask them about the burps? Might just be how it feels after surgery and not actually any air in there. Either way, don't force it. Unless its painful it doesn't need to come out.

They caught me out after mine said I had a little fluid in my lungs and needed to cough didn't think twice and just cough, could have screamed. Need pics of the scar, see if I have one in my Photobucket

Well the doctor said on discharge that I've had too much fluid and that over
the next couple of days that should start to right itself as I'm only sipping drinks now which the doctor suggested.
I'm trying not to burp keep upright and eating my food sat up. Just the night time
it gets difficult when trying to sleep.

Been home a week, doing solid turds and almost expended by DVD collection.
I'm very very sore I can just about move from my room to the living room but after that I have to have a breather.
I'm eating 3 meals a day which is good because when I weighed myself I was down to 8st 3lb  which bothers me greatly seeing as at the end of may I was 12st 6lbs
