seens similar to this first hand on the megane coupe forum, bloke and a girl both going out with each other and living together both owning meganes, anyway the girl posts up once how she took points for her BF because he would have got banned, next thing the police are at there door waving screenshots around and they get prosecuted for perverting the course of justice

thing is with my one is is can be proved, the offence happened, it was just a case of who is the right person for the points, and im guessing they had photo evidence from the speed camera to prove the perversing the course of justice

He is russian too! Tbf though i think police were just bored.... no one had any evidence and no one actually used a proper device to measure the speed at the time of an incident.
