Sniped a TPMS (tyre pressure) module for the Astra.

They normally go for 30 quid or so. Got this one for 11 Euros + 7 postage = roughly £14. Sound.

Gets an email this morning -

Hey mate,

thanks for doing business with me. Your item will
be sent
to you in the next couple of days. I have
a request though : Although you
paid 21 euros I
only received 19 euros due to paypal fees ( leik
bank
transfer fees , only cheaper ). Please do pay
the extra 2 euros to
nnnnn@gmail.com. Thanks.

And my reply

Hi,

You are not allowed to charge fees.

Ian

Can see me getting messed around here.

Went cheap because he didn't list it very well. No part number or picture. Which is why I'm not risking paying more.

Dear laffintunes,

Although I cannot understand your denial ( it is like if you have paid via
bank transfer when you'd pay the bank expenses ) your item will be shipped
as if there wasn't any problem in this transaction.

I have experienced bad side of ebay myself.

This person had an exhaust system on ebay. I contacted him to see if it was possible for him to arrange a courier for it which he agreed to. I have won the auction and sent the extra money (£20) for courier. After a week and a half MY exhaust haven't arrived. Contacted him directly, and I was requestded extra 10 quid for postage. I thought it was about right for postage to be around 30 quid(including paypal fees). A week later- still no exhaust. Contacted him again. He started bull shitting me that no one would collect it as it was poorly packaged. I said fine, send me my 30 quid back, give me your address and package size/weight and i will arrange courier myself. That was good two weeks back and i still got no money back after many emails and ebay dispute.

Posted this on a Suzuki forum he is on, got a reply to dispute few hours later:

Seller's message:
"mmmm you want your money back? then remove the post on the suzuki site first! simple as that! "
