Oh dear what a mare i am having.....

Currently with CIS - 1300 (no mods mentioned)

CIS - 1400 (no mods mentioned)

Tesco online - 728 (no mods mentioned)
Tesco on the phone 877 (mods mentioned)

go with HIC mate they are far better than L&V and there one 4 one (repair all mods) im 19 and on a 1.4 sri with full kit and wheels £600 Fully Comp.

Liverpool Victoria are like-4-like (replace all mods up to value of car for each single mod) aswell......although I think it depends on policy, since I've heard a few people say they're not. I was specifically told they were when I took out my policy, because it was the first thing I asked...

Plus they have one of the best systems for modification-cover......one of the lads here in work got a quote of £28.18 per year to cover upgrading from a 1.4 8v engine to a 2.0 16v, not too bad I thought!
