If i'm working, i just don't drink, or don't stop drinking so the hangover doesn't hit. Far more fun the latter way.

Have you noticed how its harder now?
Im sure when i was 19-20 odd, I used to go out on a tues, thurs, fri, sat, till at least 3am...
If I done that even once a week now i'd be screwed all week

I'm the same, when I used to run a pub, I'd be at work until 1am, normally from 10 in the morning unless there were deliveries then it was earlier. Every night from about 11.30 onwards, I'd drink the drinks I'd been bought that night which normally equated to 5/6 pints; smoke half a pag of fags with the boss and then go home and still be in on time for work the next day! On a Saturday, the other bar manager and I would finish work at midnight, go to the highest (and shittest) nightclub in Britain, the Winking Man, get leathered, have no way of getting home so quite often slept under the trolley parks at the supermarket or once in the fish and chip shop, but we'd always be in for 9.30 the next moring to clean the cellar and pull the lines through.
Nowadays, I'll go out on a Friday, have a few pints and be in bed for 1am and then feel like death all the next day! Getting old sucks
