I know on the DVLA website they charge you £2.50 if you pay by credit card, does the same charge apply if you pay at the Post Office?

I'm sure the last time I tried at post office they don't accept credit card, only debit cards.

Yep, only debit cards IIRC - not sure if they accept credit at all.
