Where does the MAP sensor pipe go?

Does the fuel tank vent valve have a vacuum pipe attachment?

Also where does the upper intake manifold vacuum pipe go to? the one just above the dis pack.

The big MAP pipe goes onto your new inlet manifold as this senses the amount of airflow and adjusts fuel accordingly. If air comes in after this sensor it is described as a vac leak and can cause loads of idle problems.

The fuel tank vent valve has one connection which comes from round the back of the engine black and its a 5mm pipe which comes from a black canister. Then the other pipe off the valve goes into the manifold.
