can anybody please tell me the layout of theres?

i have

turbo front water pipe- small rad passenger side.
turbo back water pipe-header tank.
small water pipe on onlet manifold next to fuel rail-header tank
side of head-heater matrix
bottom of header tank - water bar
other matrix pipe - water bar.

just seems to heat up quite fast when pottering about town or even staying at a steady 30mph.
