or is "rally spec" obtained via the stickers?

there is a WRC version of the VRS, it cam it white iirc and had stickers on it. Sticket kit is like 1k
Only 100 made too

Hes obviously wanting a skyline as his next car so hes chancing his luck puttng it up in the skyline section to see if somenoe will want a PX deal with is.
I have done the same with my VXR on M3 cutters lol
