I hate it. There is about 6 sets in an episode of family guy. Making it an hour long.
also why do they put adverts at the end of a programme and then cut back to the end credits
NASCAR is awesome though

then instead of getting picked up by a cop car I'd get chased and shot
I'm serious.... I tried to walk a mile to a bar and they couldnt understand it. They thought it was suspicious.
Its also about 35deg+

Do the adverts on TV comprise mainly of steak, sueing people and diplomas from unknown "colleges"? That's what we found in Tennessee back in June

i remember an advert in america last year for some pills that help you if you have a heart condition.
At the end they said the small print
"Warning these may not help your heart condition and use may result in death"
something along those lines anyway, i mean WTF

Yeah I think I saw that one
All their medical adverts HAVE to disclose all of the side effects over there it seems!

Discovery was a good watch when I was in the US. It had the new series of Bear Grylls on and another cool thing, when watching some MTV, it has the song title and name come on at the bottom of the screen, which was a good idea I thought. (When watching normal shows, not the music videos)

what are you doing over here in houston, texas?
I am over in houston right now, moved over here for the moment. one thing to hate is being cooked alive everyday 100 degree's plus 10000% humidity you step outside and your already soaked.
other things to make you forget about that $2.69 or so a gallon, fast cars available on demand lol
if your here for a while shoot me over a u2u, most times im within 5 minutes of the galleria

Pissed me off. You'd have adverts, opening credits, then adverts, then breaks every 10 mins, then some adverts just before the closing credits. I thought Sky1 was bad
